Army Outlines Fiscal Year 2009 Budget
The Army announced Feb. 4 the details of its budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2009, which covers the period from Oct. 1, 2008, through Sept. 30, 2009. The FY 2009 budget request is $140.7 billion.
