IST scoretable?

Hey, I'm in the middle of my recruiting process for the corps, and I've found a PFT scoretable, but I was wondering if anyone had one for the IST.. I'm trying to max this out, but I can't find out what will get you what.

A rough idea of what I should work for would be just as welcome.

The IST doesnt matter in any way except that you pass...I'm not sure how they're running it now, but I think it was max pull ups, like 50 crunches and a 1.5 mile run when I went through a couple years ago.
You're better off getting ready for your PFTs, so train to be able to do at least 20 pull ups, 100 crunches in 2 min. and run 3 miles in under 18min.
A 300 PFT will hook you up when you're trying to pick up Corporal or Sergeant one day, and it doesn't hurt when you're on a meritorious board for any rank.

Oh yeah? I had no idea that it didn't count for anything.
Thanks a lot for the reply sir, bit of a load off there.

Just one other thing though. I've been hard pressed to find a Marine to get advice from. In preparation for basic, what kind of daily workout would be advisable?

I'd concentrate on what counts....it's as easy as doing the exercizes on your own or with a partner and building up your speed and endurance. You may want to try to pack on a few more pounds of muscle...even guys with very small percentages of body fat get smaller while they're there.
