Yeah, it may be simpler. But I think that the U.S Marines Corp's enlisted/NCO insignia stresses an important point. That being that every Marine is a rifleman. Oh, Natasha. Could you tell us the Royal Marines Policy on Rifle Proficiancy (I hope that's how you spell that) for it's members?
