Memorial Day Military Obituary Archives/Preservation Forum

American veterans are passing at a rate of approximately 2100 per day, as
estimated by the Veterans Administration.

Many veteran passings will be forgotten in time. The Military Obituary Archives
and Preservation Forum is established to permanently preserve military
obituaries for public access.

To post a published or personally composed obituary notice in The Military
Passing Archives the subject line of your email MUST contain ONLY the veteran's name. Do not include rank, serial number or any other info. The text of the archive may contain ANY info, including your family member contact information.

Archives postings may also include immediate family members of veterans. The above regulations apply. However, the text MUST ALSO include the name of a military (veteran) relation.

For example: "Wife of Joe Smith, U.S. Army", or "Son of Joe Smith, Royal Navy", or "Granddaughter of Joe Smith, Canadian Air Force".
