Mountain Harbor Resort on beautiful Lake Ouachita is the place for the 19th annual Relax & Relate on Sept. 9 and 10.

The Vietnam Veterans Organization of Hot Springs, Arkansas is sponsoring a fund-raiser for in-country vets, all war vets and their families on beautiful Lake Ouachita. There will be other attractions as well. Rates for the entire weekend (two nights lodging, plus $25 donation for Saturday) are as follows: Small condos (two bedrooms with one double bed in each room) $295 plus $25; large condos (two bedrooms with two double beds in each room) $295 plus $25; and extra large condo (three bedrooms) $330 plus $25.

If you only want to come for the day Saturday, the required donation is $25 to cover food, beverages and entertainment. The Vietnam Veterans Organization of Hot Springs, Arkansas has benefited many veterans and their members for the past 19 years raising money by means of a reunion each September.

This reunion, referred to as the annual Relax & Relate, will be Sept. 9 and 10 at Mountain Harbor, located 25 miles west of Hot Springs on Hwy. 270.. We expect about 500 in attendance this year involving families from other states as well as Arkansas. This will be our 19th year of bringing veterans together. This is a family event. There will be activities for the kids.
