Pi Cooldude Help!!!! thinking of joining

Well hey all just looking to get some good info.
Interested in joining navy could go in as an E3 if I finish up this semester so I got some questions.

Well Im looking for a purose in life and neeed money for college so this sounded like the best deal. Im not sure what job to choose the recruiter said I had a good chance at choosing just about anything got an 88 on my practice asvab and he said high 80's to 90's get you pretty much anything you want to join. So my friend six months ago joined the nuclear program and that looks interesting but donno if I want to do that although its great bonuses.

Im already bilingual so I was looking at linguist I also was looking into mabey cryptologics or even intelligence looks kool. Was hoping If I decieded to stay to do some officer program Im 20 great phyisical shape smart and athletic I donno guess im l just looking for feed back on the different fields and some help in not getting screwedz

Thx all

Re: Help!!!! thinking of joining

Well as the "self-pronounced" expert around here on Navy Intel and stuff like that, I can talk for days on it. The Nuke program is extremely exciting and rewarding as well. Be careful though, Nukes are techs while all of the other Intel/Crypto rates do less dirty work and more analysis. But with that said, Nuke school is among the hardest academic courses the Navy offers. If you write back and ask some more pointed questions, like specifically what CT jobs you're intersted in and what you want to get out of the jobs, I'll give you mounds of information. Hope to hear from you soon.
