Eligible for exam but not allowed to take.
I have an individual that was eligible for their exam but due to their transfer to the command her exam was not ordered. I have heard about if you are eligible and the test is not ordered for you, you will get advanced automaticly. I do not have my blue jackets or the bmr. Has any else heard of this and if so were can I find the article or regualtion.
