According to how many are eating you would adjust the veggies and meat to accommodate your guests. The following is for one single serving ¼ lb. ground beef 1 potato, sliced 1 carrot, sliced 2 T. chopped onion 1 sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil Seasonings salt pepper Shape beef into a patty; place in the center of foil with potato, carrot and onion stacked on top of beef patty. Sprinkle with salt if desired and pepper. Fold foil over and seal well; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Open foil carefully Yield: 1 serving NOTE: this is excellent on the grill -Julane |
