Is there any chance to get the information of unlisted phone numbers?

Hi! I am John, currently working in an international call centre. I had a query for my job work. Actually I want the information of unlisted phone numbers for promoting the website of my company so that each and every listed and unlisted person could be able to enjoy the facility of asking their IT related problems and could definitely get their answers. It will be something like an open chat. So if someone knows any kind of source to retrieve the information of unlisted phone numbers please let me know.

There is no chance at all!. People have unlisted #s for a reason, mainly for privacy and so they are not annoyed by intrusive "promotions".
Only law enoforcement can get access to these #s.
Also FYI, we have a "Do Not Call Registry" in this country. Anyone can
register their #, unlisted or not. Companies that call people on the list
are subject to a $10,000 fine.
