FORT BRAGG, N.C. (USASOC News Service, Oct. 15, 2008) ) - The Army’s two newest branches, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations, will take time Oct. 16 to celebrate their full partnership in the Army’s organizational history. This year marks the second birthday for each as basic branches of the Army.
