Sharing a Light Hearted Post from Troop Supportland
This gave me the giggles. I almost put it under the Fouled Anchor, but it's not a joke and was posted this morning by a sincere and somewhat naive but good-hearted supporter...
"I've got a question. How come every time I speak to someone over there they think hardly anyone at home supports them? I'm just curious, do they get different news or something? One of the soldiers I spoke to in the Navy told me he was actually in Boston last summer and everyone was so nice to him. Buying him drinks,etc to say thanks for all he was doing. I just assumed everyone felt that way. " B. -Pat |
