(2/27/07- YUBA CITY, CA) - People! Just because you can use a laptop computer in your car doesn't mean you should.
Authorities in California are telling about a man who they say appeared to be driving while using a laptop computer. They say he died when his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Hummer.
California Highway Patrol officers say they found the dead man's computer still running and plugged into the cigarette lighter of his Honda Accord. The victim of the crash was a computer tutor in Chico, California.
The highway patrol says the couple inside the Hummer escaped the collision with bumps and bruises, even though their vehicle, as well as the computer tutor's Honda, were totaled.

Living in a big city, you see all kinds of things in traffic, and most of them aren't using the good sense God gave them either... If I had $100 for everytime I was cut off by someone not paying attention because they were talking on their cellphone or focusing on some other distraction, I would be a VERY rich woman!
