If I am an officer, could I go to these following schools if I am in a regular unit. I would just like to have the training under my belt.

It is possible for officers outside of recon units to go to these schools, but not all that common.

Ahh.ok...but there are other schools I could attend, right? Like Mt Warfare, etc? How would someone go about doing all this...and an enlisted an out of recon could Jump..Scuba?Uba school too right?

Yes, it is theoretically possible for a Marine to attend jump school or scuba school without being assigned to units that rate that kind of training-ie recon, ANGLICO, and air delivery. Having said that, it is incredibly unlikely.

It is not unheard of for infantry battalions to recieve surplus jump school slots (as in 1 or 2 a year, MAYBE) that couldn't be filled by units on jump status. Marines generally compete for those rare slots and probably won't ever jump again after jump school unless they go into a unit on jump status, as mentioned above. As for scuba, don't count on it. Although I'm sure there are non-recon Marines who've attended combatant diver school, I've never met one. The long and short of it is, don't get your hopes up for jumping or diving unless you get into a unit that uses those means as part of their mission.
