Gym rat!

Just to focus on something positive for a change, I'm making massive progress on one of my major goals coming over here. I've been spending 15-20 hours a week in the gym, and an extra 45 minute cardio session five times a week (in addition to platoon PT), and I'm getting positively ripped. If I can keep this up for another four months, my "before and after" pictures are gonna be un-fucking-believable.

The diet is the hardest part. I stay low carb most days of the week, and I'm taking in an isane amount of protien. I haven't eaten fast food in six weeks.

My wife is gonna be shocked :D

Well, they gave me a meal card, so I can eat for free. I've actually lost my taste for that crap. Like I said, I'm getting some crazy results. It sucks, it takes a lot of time, and it's miserable not being able to eat what I want when I want to, but I'm gonna be one sexy mofo when I get back to the states.

I've been going to the gym too, but not that much. I say I go around 5 hours a week and another 5 hours of cardio. I try to eat healthy too but come the weekend I find myself drinking beers with everyone else.

I have been running and hitting the gym everyday.(not as good as you have though) ANd I gave up fast food. I can definately feel the results though and if you are feeling what I am then you are feeling pretty good!

It's not the working out so much that can neuter a man, it's all that staring at yourself in the mirror, posing, hanging out with other half nekkid sweaty guys.

First it's about posing for pictures to send to friends, then all the sudden its you, some fashionistas and a "photo shoot".
