Well I'm in El Centro, Ca again, but this time it's not as cool as it was before. Seems like our new chain of command (we switched SgtMaj, Co, XO, OpsO, and MaintO) wants to change something that was not broke. Our new SgtMaj was a grunt for 23 years and is a scout sniper with some jump wings. First time in the airwing hahahahaha I bet it's a big change for him

Sounds like SgtMaj Vines when he went to the airwing. Some SNCO protesting his way of handling things said, "SgtMaj, you don't understand - this is the air wing!"

He replied, "No, you don't understand - THIS IS THE FUCKING MARINE CORPS!"

Anyway, good luck to our sisters on the aviation side who have to deal with a professional in charge of them for once. Hopefully you'll learn and grow from the experience

Sisters in the airwing? Why you always hating on us? Where would our Marine Corps be without the AirWingers? But as for the SgtMaj I think things are a lot better. Seems like he wants to know how we work and wants to make things better. But our new CO likes the whole working 14 hours a day thing, but the pilots sure get a few days off and only come in when they fly and then they are gone.
