Karl of the Diplomatic service--Pakistan
Seems that it cost millions more now to supply our troops in Afghanistan.
Why?
Well Pakistan wont allow us to use the shorter route in their land.
The fellas and girls in foggy bottom have their lace undies in a twist as to how to handle this.
I have the answer...deduct the additional cost plus 25% from the "AID" we give these creatures. If they don't like that, cut them all off and use some of the money to give arms to India.
I think that I have a future in foreign relations.

This of course begs the question, "With allies like that, who needs enemies?
