looking for some opinions do you think the united States and Iran Will be the next war we fight??

You say the "next war" as if each of the current battle fronts are seperate wars. That's an untruth. This is one war with many fronts.

There's also a bit of a misconception of the USA being the one side to choose the when and where of all the fights.

We'll fight in Iran because Iran is not going to give us the option not to fight in Iran.

I'd rather see a surgical air strike by U.S. and Israeli air forces or even a surgical commando strike.

Regarding the issue of North Korea:

It is my opinion (based on nothing other than feeling and a basic understanding of the mindset generally prevelant in the NK) that with all the talk and noise about how "stretched" and "thin" and "close to breaking point" our military is currently, that any aggression from NK will most likely coincide with that of Iran.

I do believe that there will be the threat of attack from NK or at least a serious ramping up of hostilities in that area that will start the same day that what ever action occures in Iran begins.

It'll be messy any way it's cut and no matter how it works out it'll be ugly.
This is one of those predictable problems that come about when a society feels it must constanly air all its dirty laundary in full view of anyone that cares to look.

I surely would hope we're not. I hate to be so selfish here, but three deployments since 9/11 - each lasting about 360 days is more than enough on us. I'd actually like to see my hubby in real life and not just on a webcam.

I don't think we will, but I think we should have hit them in Nov. '79 when they took our people hostage. Even though they were released (after 444 days) as Reagan took office, I'm surprised that he didn't retaliate.

I sure as hell hope not, Iran is not Iraq, they have a very strong military as compared to what Iraq and Afgan had.
I just wish freaking people would learn to live in peace finally, but that will never happen as long as there are 2 men in this world.
